Bike assembly service

If you buy your bike online, we can assemble it for you. You have the option to have it shipped to our store or we can pick it up at your house. Contact us for details.

When picking up your bike, you will be asked to show a valid government-issued ID and the order number displayed on your order confirmation email.

*Rates are for pick up and deliver in Santa Barbara/ Goleta/ Carpinteria/ Summerland. Other locations ask for a quote. The assembly service is made by a professional bike mechanic. Prices may vary per bike type and model.

Bike Fitting

Getting comfortable on your bike is key for a happy ride.  The wrong  riding position can cause discomfort or pain and that will prevent you from getting out and enjoying the ride.

From small angle adjustments and saddle heigh to a complete bike fitting, let us help making your bike even better for you.  

Our Service Policies

We are a bike shop, specialized in electric bikes and qualified to work on any bike including, regular bikes, trikes, road bikes, mountain bikes, etc.  We must follow California Laws for electric bikes (California e-Bike Law ).  Anything that is not included in these laws can be interpreted as not being an electric bike and bringing risks to our business.

We are happy to assist our customers the best way we can but there are a few exceptions below.

We DO NOT service or repair…

  • Regular bikes that have been converted to e-bikes
  • Bikes that have a motor more than 750 Watt of power
  • Bikes that can not be considered safe to ride even after being serviced by us
  • Bikes that we considered a risk to the shop or to the rider for any reason 
  • Electric Scooters
  • Motorbikes (Onix Motobikes, Surron, Talaria, and others…)
  • Bikes running systems above 52V
