OUR POLICIES TO RENT AN ELECTRIC BIKE
GENERAL POLICIES
The primary Renter must be at least 18 years old.
Each other Participant must be at least 16 years old. Participants under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
We (E-BIKERY) reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone we feel is unsafe.
All Renters and Participants must know how to ride a bike prior to check-in. Bike riding instruction will not be provided as part of the rental. All Renters and Participants must be able to hold up the bike on their own.
For safety, all Renters and Participants should be in good physical or mental health & free from high blood pressure, heart, neck or back problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by riding a bike.
All Renters and Participants must obey all traffic laws and signs.
Only one rider per bike.
Riders must wear helmets at all times when the rider is on a bike.
Beware of theft. Do not leave bikes or other equipment unattended.

OTHER SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS
Do not operate a bike while carrying any item that impedes the rider’s ability to safely operate the bike.
Do not operate a bike while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that impairs the rider’s ability to safely operate the bike.
Do not use any cell phone or mobile electronic device, including, but not limited to, for the purposes of phone calls, text messages, music or any other use that distracts the rider from the safe operation of the bike.
Do not allow any other person to use the bike, or allow more than one person to be carried on the bike.
Do not overfill the bike basket or place objects weighing in total more 20 pounds in the bike basket.
Do not violate any applicable federal, state, or local law.
Do not ride or operate a bike during adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to: hail, dust storms, fog, heavy rains, or lightning storms.
Do not ride or operate a bike that has any defect, that fails to operate as a properly functioning bicycle, or that is in need of repair.
Do not continue using the bike if it, or any component of it, should become defective or malfunction.
Do not use the bike for racing, tricks riding, jumping, stunt riding, and/or off-road riding.
Do not use the bike for any commercial purposes.
Do not tow, pull, carry or push any person or object with a bike.
Do not remove or modify any accessories, parts or components of any bike or other equipment.
Do not ride the Bike on any Freeway or another place not permitted by applicable law.
CANCELLATIONS
No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the beginning of the Period will be charged in full.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours (but less than 48 hours) in advance will be entitled to a refund equal to 50% of the rental fee paid.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the beginning of the Period will be entitled to a full refund of the rental fee paid.
Please note that same-day bookings are not eligible for any refund.
